Shipping and Returns

Shipping Terms & Rates

We do our best to ship internationally even at times of global uncertainty, however the current postal terms depend on each particular country and are subject to change unexpectedly. Therefore, we at IVY CO., LIMITED take no responsibility for any transit delays and additional fees that may be applied by each country’s customs services. To ensure the security of your items, all orders above USD 1000 value are delivered via FedEx. Please consider the customs fee applied to jewelry items at your destination.

Exchange and Returns

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
Non-refundable items:

Gift cards
Downloadable software products (e-books)
Books and other printed products (towels & fabrics)

Any other item purchased from IVY CO., LIMITED is exchangeable and returnable within 3 days upon receiving in case it remains in perfect condition, unused and unworn, and that all the documents accompanying the original parcel (i.e. certificates, gift boxes) be kept and submitted.
To avoid any inconveniences with customs and extra charges please send us an email before shipping back the item. Do not ship back anything without our written confirmation! Handling charges may vary based on the area of delivery. Restocking fee, inclusive of outbound shipping fees and payment system commission charged from us may be also applied to you by IVY CO., LIMITED.
In case the original purchase certificate is not being returned, the customer is liable for an additional USD 500 (deducted from the amount being refunded).

Please note that auction items, bespoke items and special orders that we currently do not carry in stock, cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances.


Warranty & Repair

Some pieces of IVY Jewelry are set with a hundred of small-sized diamonds framing the center stones. Every single diamond, no matter the size, is mounted manually with the use of four prongs, under the microscope. This ensures long-lasting quality of setting. If under any circumstances you notice a diamond fall away from the jewel, we may replace this complementary. However we need to be sure that the stone’s dismissal was not caused by an external factor (i.e. you dropped the jewel, knocked on it, applied pressure to it, etc). That is why we kindly ask you to record a closeup video of the jewel after you notice that some stone is missing, and send it to us directly at pui@yavorskyy.com. After this, provided that we accept fixing the setting for free, we will give you shipments instructions. You will only be charged for the shipment both ways and agree to wait a certain time while the jewel is being repaired.
