Agreement

Any purchase of IVY merchandise accompanied by Gem Reports acts as the sole confidant henceforth. IVY Co. Limited is not liable for any anomalies in the reports. The point of sale concludes the expertise evaluation offered by IVY against that offered by the Gem Report issuer in any case to be dealt directly with the Labs. The only assurance provided by IVY is whether the stones set in the piece of jewelry are natural or synthetic.
